Recovery Law
Contracts, Claims on account of Title/Possession/ Ownership, Refunds, Damages, Interest, Entitlements Compensation, Specific Performances, Liquidations, Infringements, defaults, encumbrances, Defamation, Interim Reliefs & Injunctions.
Be it a Claim by an Entity or an Individual, the law governing Recovery appreciates adjudicating just and proper claims. To be able to succeed in recovery cases, not only proper quantification of claim is essential but knowledge of applicable laws and judgments is also equally important in order to assess claim strengths. We not only assist our Clients to reach a just and proper claim before we litigate on behalf of our Clients, but in the interest of transparency we also help them in setting their expectations right and realistic, to the best of our professional knowledge.
Family Law
Property Inheritance/ Succession, Will, Family Settlements, Divorce, Judicial Separation, Dowry, Child Custody, Restitution of Conjugal Rights, Domestic Violence, Cruelty, Maintenance, Stridhana.
Earlier, Family disputes were at large settled and resolved at home and still the same practice is prevalent in many villages, towns and cities. Mostly it is due to injustice, dominance and biased treatment, the affected family member(s) are often compelled to make their private family affairs public by taking the disputes to the Courts. Unlike recovery disputes, family disputes not only impact the aggrieved parties, but also directly hamper the family-being of other family members. We persuade our Clients to resolve their family disputes, with ease and maturity. We do not encourage overuse of the Laws to get our Client the relief meant for it, under appropriate circumstances.

Crime & Criminal Offence
Theft, Extortion, Criminal Breach of Trust, Cheating, misappropriation, criminal intimidation, harbouring offenders, tampering evidence, wrongful restraint/ confinement, impersonation, Cyber Crime, mischief, Robbery, Dacoity, endangering acts, bodily injury, injury to the property, forgery and falsification of valuable instruments, concealment, Murder, Culpable Homicide, Cruelty, Violence, Defamation etc.
Committing a Crime is an unforgivable offence. Certain criminal acts are compoundable though but not necessary that compounding would mature. Criminal offences are charged basis general and special law. Where there is a special law governing a crime, the general law gives way to the special law. Unlike personal wrongs, crime is an offence against the state. Criminal case is a two sided sword, for the Informant/ Complainant. The Informant/ Complainant may also be charged with crime for an offence ranging from giving false information to the police, to revelation of its own sinful acts, the informant/ complainant never thought of. Further, the number of stake holders in addressing a charge of crime is much more in comparison to the personal wrongs. The Police, the Public Prosecutor play a major role alongside the lawyers engaged by the parties to the crime. The Law also empowers the Informant/ Complainant to directly address the crime to the court through its counsel or otherwise, where the Informant/ Complainant decides not to report the matter to the Police, due to legally acceptable reasons. We represent our Clients in criminal cases, however wherever possible we persuade our Clients to come clean and report a crime with the knowledge of the law, to empower them to be able to prevent injustice at various stages of reporting the crime. We also educate our Client to refrain from manipulating facts and circumstances and invoke their rights with prudence and care.
